Relating to practical real-world situations, informal atmosphere

The examples used by tutor (magazines, posters etc) were excellent - realistic and well designed. This isn't always the case from past experience.

Really helpful trainer - clear and precise when going over each step. covered a wide range of everything on the software.

Focusing on everyone's needs in the course

Great having small rooms with no more then 6 in my group, helps when you need to explain stuff more than once to someone and speeds it up.
