If you wish to cancel or postpone your course you must notify us in writing. Cancellation does not become effective until Media Training confirms it has received this.
The following cancellation charges apply:
• More than 7 days notice: Free to cancel, postpone or reschedule.
• 7 or less days notice: The full cost of the course.
If you cannot attend the course but want to send a colleague in your place you can do this free of charge by notifying us at any point prior to the day of the course.
Media Training reserves the right to cancel a course or part of a course at any time and will attempt to reschedule at a time convenient to you or will offer you a full refund. Under no circumstances will compensation be payable or shall Media Training be liable for any loss of profit.
The course outlines displayed on Media Training's website are designed as a guide and whilst our trainers strive to follow the outline they are given flexibility in the classroom to allow them to accommodate the group's requirements.
We advertise special offers on courses on our website from time to time. Special offer prices are a one off discount which cannot be used in conjunction with any of the other discount schemes we offer.
If you have already booked on a course at standard pricing and the course subsequently has a special offer made for other delegates who may attend, we are unable to retrospectively offer you the new special offer price.
All pricing listed on our website is a plus VAT price (ie. VAT is to be added to get the final price) unless specified.
All other discounts are fully explained on our discounts page, no two discount schemes can be used together, you must choose the one most suitable to you at the point of purchase.
Media Training provide course materials for all of our courses, we ask that our clients do not duplicate or use any of the materials they receive from Media Training for distribution to others.
By accepting our terms and conditions of booking when reserving a place or places on one of our courses, you grant us your permission to record your personal details and log your IP address.
This information will not be made available to any party other than us, you and representatives of your company when appropriate.
