Courses start at 10am and finish between 4.30 and 5pm. Please arrive by 9.45am for registration and refreshments.
If you are late, call 020 7407 8880. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, and charges still apply.
Our office opens at 8.45am for early arrivals.

We do not supply lunch, computers, software, or hardware at client sites. Ensure all equipment is provided.
For transport strikes (rail, tube, airlines), plan alternative routes and allow extra time. We require 7+ days’ notice to reschedule free of charge; otherwise, charges apply.

If you need to leave early, please inform the trainer. For multi-day courses, leaving on the final day is preferable to ensure full participation.
We ask delegates to minimise phone use in the classroom. Breaks are provided for phone calls—if urgent, please step outside.

Our London centre is at Butler’s Wharf on the Thames, a 10-minute walk from London Bridge station, surrounded by bars and restaurants.
The centre is on the first floor of a converted warehouse with stair access only. If you cannot use stairs, contact us to arrange alternative options.
Yes—at our centre we provide computers, software, stationery, digital materials, lunch, coffee, tea, biscuits, and fruit.
We do not supply tablets due to changing models. You are welcome to bring your own—our IT team will assist with setup.
No—wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
Our buffet lunch is by an external caterer and may contain allergens. If you have dietary needs, please bring your own lunch or contact us in advance.
We do not have an onsite prayer room, but there are local places of worship:
There is no onsite parking. Paid parking is available at Tower Bridge Parking and Q-Park Tower Bridge.
There are no bike racks onsite. Southwark Council provides secure bike parking nearby—check their website for locations.
We can store luggage for you—just let us know when you arrive. We’re happy to help with heavy items.
