Tailoring the course to our specific needs

Simon was so engaging and knowledgeable and was happy to explain things again when I got in a muddle. This course will be so helpful to my current employment and I think my managers will be blown away! Of all the courses I have done Simon has been the best teacher so far. The two days flew by and I feel I have a good grasp of what was taught. I also like that the group was small so it felt like one on one training which is so valuable. Thank you.

The layout and lunch were great, very self explanatory and easy to follow. The classes were very informal and relaxed. It was great to have a more conversational style than simply being lectured at for two days.
