You'll learn to recognise the three behaviour styles — assertive, passive and aggressive — and understand how each one affects your relationships and results, assess your own communication patterns and identify where to improve, express yourself clearly and directly without aggression, use positive language and voice control to get your point across, apply assertiveness in meetings and difficult conversations, and set and maintain professional boundaries.
