Very informative, listened to how we would use the software. Supported in helping work through our queries and question to suite our need in using the application.

The trainer came to our place of work which made it much easier for us to access what we needed. He was responsive to what we needed, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Lots of little "light bulb" moments even though I have already been using Captivate, the trainer was able to show me some very helpful things. Thank you

Excellent facility. Trainer was very well organised with pre-set workable examples and a good balance between content delivery and workable examples. The course was easy to follow along and offered opportunity to both follow and listen as well as make all my relevant notes.

Really lovely space, and the food and refreshments were amazing! Made such a difference to the learning experience, especially in quite a detail heavy course where breaks really matter.

Giving a thorough introduction into CAPTIVATE in a great environment with all the relevant IT. Great location with excellent facilities. The content of the course was delivered at a good pace and had easy to follow instructions throughout. The course made CAPTIVATE approachable. Providing a trainer with excellent knowledge and experience that was flexible to our requirements. Lunch was great with a varied healthy selection and friendly staff everywhere.

I've given a 10 to all as I was just so impressed with the whole 2 days. In booking, time was taken by the Media Training staff to ensure I was placed on the right course for my company's needs. The course itself was actually better than my expectations. My trainer Evelyne was an expert in Captivate and taught me all the basics I needed - as well as more advance use. However her knowledge of business and online learning was fantastic and has helped me decide on more business uses for the software then what I first thought possible. The Media Training staff have been brilliant , although you are in the process of moving addresses careful attention has been taken to ensure this has not effected our training in any way. Your food is brilliant, healthy and scrummy, good brain food! With desserts and sweet pick me ups always available for that much needed afternoon sugar rush. Thank you to everyone, and hopefully we will be booking our next course shortly.

I learnt a lot of useful tips about Captivate. The trainer, Alan, was very friendly and approachable. The centre itself was excellent - it was well organised and the staff were very helpful. I liked that our group had our own table to sit at throughout the day. The food and refreshments were excellent.

I think the course was very good and the building and staff are amazing! Will be back to do another soon.

Very flexible training which meant we covered and spent time on what we needed. Good pace - after two days I am usually tired but the environment, pace and breaks made for a great learning experience. Small group also a great help.
