Become a more effective trainer and facilitator on this two-day practical Train the Trainer course. You'll learn the characteristics of an effective trainer, what makes a great session and how adults learn, how to plan and structure training around clear learning objectives, how to design content that meets the real needs of your audience, how to deliver training confidently using voice, body language and energy, how to facilitate group activities and manage different learner types, and how to give and receive feedback to continually improve your delivery.
