Piers has expertise that is really useful for those who might plod on in their work without really taking a step back to evaluate if what they're doing is effective or not! I have come away from the course with a stream of ideas that I'm excited to put into practice. The course is well set-out, relevant and has tips that you can act on straight away to improve your work. Piers also asks lots of insightful questions that enable him to tailor the course's content to your needs. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I thought this was brilliant course and gave a thorough overview of writing good internal comms. I've taken a lot away from this and will be able to use it my role.
The day had a fantastic flow and was extremely organised. Nathan had such extensive knowledge in internal communications and never made us feel like a question was too silly to ask! His approach was very engaging and I couldn't fault him or the course.
There were only 2 of us on this course which meant we got really in depth, personal training. This was great and super relevant to my actual job. Nathan was really nice and helpful too.

Small class sizes meant we had the opportunity to share examples and ask for advice on specific challenges in our workplace. This is a massive benefit, as I've attended content courses with over 20 attendees before but found this worked much better.
Highly impressed with the course, I was the only attendee and so I have been lucky to have the course bespoke to me! Very helpful advice/information and I would definitely attend another course here. Thank you for a really good day. I'm looking forward to putting all that I have learned today into practice.
Very good with details and felt very personal. Liked the smaller class setting and the informal sessions. Trainer was great and no question felt like a bad question. Fingers crossed I've used correct punctuation and spelling in this.
Engagement during the day was great; always felt part of the teaching and felt comfortable in contributing. The subject matter was all really useful. The IT set up was spot on. The food was fab.
