Alex was an absolutely fantastic tutor, she was super friendly and approachable if we were unsure of anything she was explaining. She was extremely thorough and patient with the entire group, and didn't move on until everyone was up to speed on each part of the course. She even took time out of her lunch brake to go through one method that was specific to my profession. I wouldn't have been to confident in using Premiere Pro before this course, but now I would feel extremely comfortable taking on most video editing tasks within Premiere.

I liked the pace James set when going through steps - I didn't feel rushed or under time pressure for each task. There were only two of us in the training course which was beneficial as we were able to freely ask questions as we went and had one-on-one help when we needed it. James also provided us with documents and notes he had worked on prior to the training and between sessions.
