The trainer was able to tailor the course to meet my specific needs, and address shortfalls in my knowledge, as well as teaching the course syllabus. Any questions the trainer was unable to answer were reviewed during breaks and lunch, and then she told us the solution later. she was prepared to go the extra mile at the end of the day to ensure all our queries had been answered. I aslo liked that I was able to work on a PC like I do at work.
