The course was tailored to our individual needs which was great as we were all able to ask questions specific to our work which we can take away and use regularly. Doug was very friendly and answered all of our questions effectively.
This was my first virtual training course, I was very impressed with how the session was ran and how clear and informative it was. I learnt so much and Vicki was extremely helpful and patient with us all. I had a great day!

Vicky was amazing at tailoring the training for our teams needs. we covered very specific issues and looked at tools that would be beneficial specifically for the print team, which was ideal.
Was fairly easy and seamless to do it digitally, watching the tutor on screen was good. Bit hard to flip between teams screen and my illustrator screen and keep up at times but Vicki was great at allowing us time to follow her instruction and then move forward.

Great tutor, 1 to 1 session which was amazing and meant the day was bespoke to me and what I needed to get out of the course! I gain so much knowledge that i can use day to day just by being around fellow creatives :-)
Great instructor. At the start of the day Vicki asked me what I wanted to learn from the course, and she made sure I didn't leave until I'd been taught it.

It was a very comfortable learning environment. The staff where welcoming from the outset and the and I felt it set the tone for an enjoyable day of learning. The tutor (Doug) had a comprehensive knowledge of the subject. It was difficult to follow a set syllabus, as the students on the course needed to learn slightly different things, however everyone question that was asked was answered.
