Rosie was incredible competent. She came with clear relatable examples regarding how I can improve my work and was helpful in leading me to the answers through the exercises I completed with her.
Patsy was a real pro and deeply knowledgeable about the fundamentals of writing effectively. Really clear explanations of concepts. I feel empowered to apply many of the tips I've learnt to my own writing.

Presenting, making clear the objectives and what we will achieve from the day really had me engaged and I knew what kind of knowledge I would be able to take away with me. I also think the set up with the snacks and lunches was fantastic, hospitality wise I was impressed as well as the training itself.
Piers was very knowledgeable and helpful, it was great to learn from him and the writing exercises really helped me put the theory into practice. The slides were informative and clear, and not over-filled with information. It was a great balance. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and learned a lot.
Kirsty had the ability to keep everyone engaged throughout the course and was able to tailor the training to everyone's' needs. It was a fantastic session, I will absolutely benefit from the training I received. I am experienced in the profession I work within, but have always struggled with proof reading. The methodology provided on how to critique a written document will be very useful for my work.

During the course I liked the time taken to get to know what each of our areas we wanted to work on. I loved the small group! rare these days. Its always having good examples from someone who writes and to hear other people issues and examples. thanks
The trainer made sure examples were tailored to each of our job roles and in the beginning of the class asked how she could tailor the session for us. The was enough breaks between the sessions which helped made the information digestible.

Understanding my needs. The trainer made it very specific to my case. Being in small group of only 2 people gave us more time to discuss issues more in depth.
Really enjoyed the exercises and discussing as a group. The recaps on sentence structure and grammar were useful as these things can be easily forgotten. All in all really great session - thank you!

I really enjoyed learning all about the theory and techniques behind effective copy writing, and then being able to put this all into practice at the end of the day. Piers was an excellent trainer! And the biscuits were brilliant.

The course was incredibly informative. I found the structure well thought out and there was the perfect amount covered without it feeling overwhelming or like we were moving on before fully exploring the previous topic.

Tailoring the course to the needs of the group; the trainer, Piers, gave very constructive criticism as well. The general vibe of the surroundings also made me feel instantly comfortable.
The lunch was lovely and healthy, a wide selection for different people. Options for those with specific dietary requirements. Staff were really inviting from the moment you step in the building.
