This hands-on course teaches you how to use Claude Code to plan, build, test and improve applications with confidence.
Starting with the fundamentals, you will learn what agentic coding tools are, and how the three main surfaces of Claude Code (the VS Code extension, the terminal CLI, and Claude Code on the web) work together.

The terminal CLI: keyboar.d-driven workflows, lightweight operation and early access to new features.

Environment setup and first steps
Installing and authenticating the Claude Code extension in Visual Studio Code.
Installing and running the Claude Code CLI in the terminal (including Git Bash on Windows).
Navigating the interface: prompts, slash commands, diffs and session history.
