Having that opportunity to interview was very good for me to practice, and to highlight areas I need to work on. Also the teacher was intersting, interested in what we wanted to work on, listened, and guided us well
It was nice to be in a small group (3 other attendees), this course worked well on Zoom. Felt really interactive and comfortable, content was really useful too.

All training was excellent and incredibly helpful. All facilities, food and drink were brilliant and everyone I met (including the other course attendees!) were super lovely. Feel like I'm coming away more confident and well-informed.
I liked that activities were regularly mixed in to the training rather than being talked at for most of the day. I also liked the practice interview at the end.
Piers was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided some great examples. I found the course really useful and it helped give me different insights on interviewing techniques and to take alternative approaches in the future. Martin was really helpful with the booking too.
I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the course. I liked the fact that it started at 10am as it allowed me some time to recover after flying in the night before. Piers was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly with good examples. The case studies and role playing were very helpful, and I have a lot of take-aways to put into practise in my job. Thanks a lot!!
Great class size of 3, was a good balance between interactive exercises and learning. Overall really happy and will be looking to get my team in similar training courses here.

Once again, the instruction was relevant to what I do, the instructor knowledgeable about the subject, interesting and this will be very useful to me in my job.
Excellent trainer, very friendly and knowledgeable. It ended up being a one-to-one session, which I was nervous about at first, but he immediately put me at ease, built rapport, and generally did all the things he ended up teaching me about as key interviewing techniques! I would definitely recommend this course and Piers as a trainer.
