Being patient with us, explaining things at a great pace and very well, very friendly and approachable, great visual examples and exercises to complete. I will be going in to Illustrator with much more confidence now and much less overwhelm, and I'll be using some new tools and tips that will enhance my creativity, bring satisfaction, and save time.
