Really organised - lots of information but in really easy to digest parts.
Giving real-world tips to all of us individually, as we were all shooting for different environments and content.
Amazing explanations of complex filming techniques, I was able to understand complicated concepts with ease thanks to the thoughtful layout of the course.
Such a useful course. Last time I didn't have my camera yet so to come and understand how to apply go-to videographer approaches and settings specifically to my camera was invaluable.
I felt like the course was extremely useful for us. The trainer was happy to help and answer our questions. I learnt a lot and excited to implement it soon.
Trainer was able to tailor the course to what I needed and was very helpful at helping me understand how things work and what to do to troubleshoot myself in the future
As someone who came into this as a total beginner, Matt did a great job of explaining complex ideas & techniques in a simple way, as well as providing great practical demonstrations & activities. Would definitely recommend!
Great trainer knowledge, useful tips and info on setting up specific camera I had with me. Covered a lot of essentials for filming interviews and B roll.
Great trainer knowledge, was able to explain certain topics with real life examples and connected everything back to what we intended to use these skills for. Explained everything in detail and loved all our questions!
The day went by really quickly as the content was really engaging and well structured. We had an ideal group size which made it even better as it felt conversational and we were able to ask many questions.
Loved the blend between theory and practice, and the course covered all of the key themes/topics that I was hoping to learn from. Have learnt a lot today, thank you!!
Overall great course as usual! Nicole was clearly very knowledgable and the course was really engaging. I learnt lots and came away much more confident. We were each given one to one attention throughout. As always staff were all really friendly!
Nicole was very knowledgeable and shared so many tips and techniques. I have learnt so much from today and cant wait to practice and come back next week :)
All round great experience for me. Despite the challenges presented by COVID restrictions, I thought the course was very well put together and presented. The hospitality didn't feel like it was compromised in any way either.
Best part of the class was going through the footage and getting feedback! Also appreciated having lots of breaks - helped keep it fresh and fun. I didn't get tired.
Swift and focused training which constructively and lucidly goes through the main things you need to know as an entry level videographer. Teacher was really informative and clear to understand. Very supportive with questions.
Luca is so knowledgeable and really took the time to answer individual questions. The small training group was perfect too - I've got everything out of today that I wanted to
Friendly, approachable staff, very accommodating. Trainer was great at providing useful examples and very patient if anyone needed more time on anything.
The knowledge of the trainer was really good, he was amazing at explaining how to use the camera, how to set it all up etc.
The food was also very nice, and the staff was really friendly. Great job!
Answering any questions that we may have. You also have an incredibly experienced team who provide notes for you even after your training day. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to gain experience from a basic or professional level in the multiple industries this covers.
Great course with some great hands-on tips and practical examples to improve my work with videos. Training centre is in a great location. Lovely lunch too!
