An intimate, cosy space with ambient lighting designed to make you feel at ease and get ideas flowing. Positioned opposite our communal kitchen, a hub of activity and great spot for networking. Recommended for smaller meetings, or to use as a private workspace.

Assam

Assam boasts a Juliette balcony with unobstructed views of Tower Bridge and the river Thames. Equipped with two TV screens and a whiteboard, this room is great for sharing ideas whilst enjoying the sights and sounds of the river.

Jasmine

Our communal area is stocked with tea, coffee, fruit, and plenty of snacks to keep you going during the day - all included as standard when you hire a meeting room. We can provide a healthy buffet lunch for £15 + VAT per person, should you need it.

What times are the meeting rooms available?
Our meeting rooms are available from 9am to 5pm. Please contact us if you’re interested in hiring a room outside of those hours.
What are the half day time slots?
Half day slots are available for all our meeting rooms. The slots you can book are 9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
If the meeting room hire booking is more than 72 hours away, you can cancel or postpone at no cost.

If your meeting room hire booking is less than 72 hours away, we will have to charge you in full.

Think of your booking like a flight, theatre, or cinema ticket. Your booking will run as scheduled despite weather, strikes, or travel disruption. We cannot offer refunds or rescheduling in such cases.

Similarly, we must charge if you are unable to attend due to illness, work commitments, or personal reasons. The booking is for a one-time event and is not transferable.
Do you have disabled access?
We are located on the first floor of a converted warehouse. Unfortunately, accessibility is limited for wheelchair users or those unable to use stairs. There is a communal stairwell (23 steps) into our building. Once inside, the centre is step-free.
Can I hire your venue for an event?
Yes, you can hire our large communal space for a product launch, seminar, or team celebration. Please get in touch for availability and pricing.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes, we have dairy-free milks for tea and coffee, and offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan snacks. If you’re ordering lunch, our team will check for any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.
