I also found the short break in the morning and afternoon helpful rather than being overloaded with too much information at a time. I've always struggled to process big chunks of information at a time, sometimes makes me feel overwhelmed. I've done a LinkedIn learning course before on Illustrator and kept constantly pausing to write down notes but also was much harder to learn because I wasn't testing out in Indesign at the same time.
