COVID19 SECURE - HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY



Here are the steps we have put in place to make sure that your visit to the centre is safe.

Getting Here

If you live close enough to the centre to walk or bike, you'll enjoy great views of London on the way. Our location is pretty spectacular.

We'll be providing secure bike parking in the centre now, so you can enjoy your learning time without worrying about your bike not being there when you leave.

Temperature Check

Before you enter the centre, we'll give you a quick temperature check with a contactless temp gun.

This way we'll know that there's nobody in the centre who should be at home isolating and recovering. It'll give peace of mind to everyone in the centre. Thanks for cooperating with this us on this point, it's key for everyone's safety.

Pre-Entry Sanitising

Before you join us in the centre we'll ask you to thoroughly wash your hands at a sanitising station.

Hand washing regularly when you are in the centre is a really important part of your visit, it keeps us all safe. Avoiding any transmission to learners and staff is our prime concern. We'll have signs in all the obvious places to remind you to do it.

In The Centre - Social Distance

In our very spacious classrooms, 1m social distancing will be observed at all times. Also, there will never be more than six people in a room at a time.

In the break out areas of the centre we have loads of room to relax and take in the views, and you will be easily able to keep more than 1m apart from other learners.

Wearing Masks Or Visors

We ask all learners to bring their own mask and wear it whilst training. If you'd prefer to use a visor, one will be made available for you free of charge. You may remove your face-covering at any point in the break out areas of the centre.

You'll only be training for an hour or so between breaks, so it shouldn't be uncomfortable for anyone.

Hand & Workspace Hygiene

Our toilets are well stocked with everything you'll need to keep yourself clean and COVID secure.

We'll have sanitising stations set up in the training rooms too, so if you want to give your workstation, keyboard, mouse or monitor a spritz during the day, you'll have all the equipment you'll need to hand to give you peace of mind.

Keeping a COVID Register

We'll take your name, home address, telephone number and email when you visit us. It means if there ever is a situation where you need to isolate, you can easily be contacted by the NHS

The NHS are the only people we would share your information with - and only in the event of an outbreak associated with one of our visitors.

Centre Cleaning

We've always been proud of how spotlessly clean you think our centre is. We'll continue working with our cleaning partners to ensure those standards are now surpassed.

We'll pay particular attention to shared resources such as seats, desks and workstations and make sure that all communal areas are spotless, so you are safe.

Lunches

In the interests of hygiene, it isn't possible for us to host our usual stunning buffet lunch, but we have been working on solutions , so we can still spoil you.

We can now provide individual lunch portions from our same amazing supplier to be served in fully compostable, non plastic packaging. We like to feed our guests and make them feel loved.

Our Proposition

Tell us you need to cancel more than 7 days before your course and there's no charge. Great for your peace of mind.

Our trainers bring their years of industry experience into the classroom. You'll leave confident and prepared.

The smallest class sizes in the industry. More one on one time with the trainer and a less intimidating group size.

Tell us which you use and it'll be booted up and waiting with the latest software when you arrive.

We provide a lovely onsite lunch so you can relax. We can cater for any dietary requirement, just let us know.
