Overview

Using good assertive communication allows people to deal easily and effectively with their colleagues.

They can engage and control their communication so they effectively put their points across and achieve their desired outcomes. They can make their views persuasively while supporting the opinions of others and building co-operation in teams, which is essential to achieve the maximum potential, both individually and for an organisation.

This one day course will teach delegates how to be assertive, make their voice and point of view heard, say no when they need to, feel in control and communicate their message clearly. You need no previous experience to attend this course.
